Rilleruth Sweater 2.0

Rilleruth Sweater 2.0 is worked top down. You start with the back piece in rows, before you pick up new stitches at both shoulders to work both front pieces. This way, the neckline is shaped. Once the yoke is finished, front and back are joined and the body is worked in rounds. Thereafter, you pick up stitches around the armholes and work the sleeves in rounds with decreases. Both sleeves and body are finished with wide ribbings. Finally, you pick up stitches around the neckline and work a ribbing.
 
Yarn: Hip Wool by HipKnitShop.
Amount of yarn: 13 (14) 16 (18) 20 skeins.
Sizes: XS/S (S/M) M/L (L/XL) XL/XXL.
Fit: The sweater has an oversized fit. The pictured model has a chest circumference of 102 cm and wears size M/L.
Measurements: Chest circumference 110 (120) 130 (140) 150 cm. Inner sleeve length 50 cm. Total length from shoulder top approx. 69 (71) 73 (75) 77 cm.
Recommended needles: Circular needle 4 and 5 mm, 80 cm. Circular needle 4 and 5 mm, 40 cm. Dpns 4 mm. The needle size is just a recommendation. Please knit a gauge swatch first! Many knitters have different gauges when knitting in rows or in rounds. In this instruction, you will work in rows and rounds. Therefore, different needle sizes may be necessary. For example, you may need a 4.5 mm needle when knitting in rows and a 4 mm needle when knitting in rounds.
Gauge: 17 stitches x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
